OG Skill is an egocentric data-collection beta app operated by OpenGraph (US parent and Korea subsidiary; "we", "us"). This policy describes what data the OG Skill iOS app collects, why, where it is stored, and how to contact us.
1. Data we collect
Camera video: Recorded only when you explicitly start a recording session. Stored on-device, then uploaded to our backend after you confirm the upload.
Microphone audio: Captured together with the camera video, never separately.
Bluetooth data: Used solely to pair with and control an Insta360 GO 3S camera. No Bluetooth data is sent to our servers.
Local network access: Used solely to receive media files from a paired Insta360 camera over a temporary local connection. No local-network data leaves your device.
Location (When-In-Use): Used only to read the SSID of the Wi-Fi network you are currently joined to. Geographic coordinates are not stored or transmitted.
Account identifiers: Email address and display name you provide at signup.
Device metadata: Model, OS version, and app version, for debugging and compatibility.
2. Tracking
OG Skill does not track users across other companies' apps or websites. This is consistent with the app's privacy manifest, which sets NSPrivacyTracking=false.
3. Where data is stored
Authentication and metadata: Supabase Cloud (Northeast Asia / Seoul region).
Recording files: Google Cloud Storage, hosted in an OpenGraph-controlled project in the Seoul (asia-northeast3) region.
Anonymized product analytics: PostHog, US region, us.i.posthog.com. No raw video, audio, or personally identifying content is sent to PostHog.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used internally for research and to train models, consistent with the consent collected at signup.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing devops@opengraphlabs.com. We process such requests within 30 days. GDPR and CCPA requests are handled through the same channel.
6. Children
OG Skill is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
7. Changes
If we materially change this policy we will update the date above and notify active testers in the app or by email.
